Last month, Rohan Narayana Murty and Ravi Kumar S published a piece in Harvard Business Review that crystallized something we've been building toward for over a year. Content is chunked semantically—200 to 500 words per entry—to optimize both retrieval precision and embedding quality. Categories, emotion tags, and specificity levels enable multi-dimensional filtering that goes far beyond keyword search.
Every piece of content generated, every anecdote stored, every calibration signal captured makes the next output better. This is the compounding flywheel that turns AI from a tool into a genuine competitive moat.
Agentic Intelligence: From Generic Models to Contextual Agents
